Quality Control Lab

To ensure the highest quality of our services and products, we have a materials testing and quality control laboratory.

We continuously conduct a wide range of necessary tests to confirm that our products comply with the requirements of our customers. We perform destructive testing of materials and finished products using tensile testing machines for static tensile tests, impact tests with Charpy hammers, and hardness measurements in various scales.

Thanks to these capabilities, we can supply fasteners with certificates 2.1, 2.2, 3.1, 3.2 according to EN-10204, depending on the client’s requirements and the independent auditing body appointed by the customer.

Scope of testing includes:

  • Tensile strength (Rm)
  • Conventional yield strength (Rp0.2)
  • Yield strength (Re)
  • Stress under test load (Sp)
  • Elongation (A5)
  • Reduction of area (Z)
  • Impact toughness KV, KU, KCV, KCU at temperatures down to -75°C
  • Hardness (HRC, HV, HB)
  • Surface roughness measurement
  • Dynamometric tests

Our material strength testing capabilities are complemented by regularly calibrated measuring tools. Our control equipment is extensive, including over 500 sets of thread gauges, measuring tools of various ranges and types, a vision scanner, and a coordinate measuring machine. We manage calibration and compliance of these tools using our proprietary electronic supervision system.

Furthermore, through ongoing partnerships, we can perform non-destructive testing such as ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle inspection, and dye penetrant testing.

An essential part of the entire quality control process is also the procedural management of the identification and traceability of materials used to manufacture parts. Maintaining product quality from the start of the process to the end is our highest priority.

Just as our products connect things together to form stable structures, we connect quality and responsibility with safety in our daily work routine.
