Our deep experience and thorough understanding of technology and manufacturing capabilities enable us to execute unique and complex projects, which we always design to allow for continuous and repeatable production.
Starting with the proper preparation of raw materials already during metallurgical processes, and through an innovative method of material strengthening across several production phases — including hydrostatic extrusion using dedicated pressure chambers — we are able to manufacture bolts and nuts from austenitic stainless steel 1.4401/1.4404 with tensile strength (Rm) exceeding 1200 MPa, while maintaining excellent material ductility.
In addition to the outstanding — and rarely available on the commercial market — strength properties of these fasteners, another significant advantage is the achievement of a nanostructure within the material’s grain structure. This significantly reduces the risk of intergranular corrosion and improves fatigue resistance. Bolts, screws, nuts, and washers made from strengthened A4-grade material are products with an extended service life.
These products can be appropriately certified through external audits carried out by inspectors from the most important independent auditing institutions.
Due to their exceptional properties, these components are ideal for use in heavy industry environments with high corrosivity, as well as in marine settings.
We also offer this product in large diameters, above M24, significantly exceeding commonly used international engineering and manufacturing standards.
A similar approach can be applied to stainless steels in the A2 group, as well as to lightweight materials such as titanium and aluminum. This enables us to deliver a unique product with above-standard mechanical properties and low weight — a major contribution to reducing the overall mass of the structures these fasteners are an integral part of.
We make bolts — once and for all!
