Our production capabilities are based on two main technological branches: material-removal machining and plastic forming, including cold forging and thread rolling. With a large and advanced machine park, we offer high adaptability and production flexibility, allowing us to efficiently and optimally tailor our manufacturing to a wide range of dimensions and material types.
The key differentiator that enables us to deliver specialized, niche fastener production is our thread rolling equipment, which allows us to manufacture threads using the best available technology.
The primary advantages of thread rolling include:
- Increased strength – instead of weakening the material, thread rolling densifies the material structure through plastic deformation, significantly enhancing surface durability. Rolled threads are more resistant to mechanical damage and corrosion.
- High precision and superior surface quality – since no material is cut, there is no risk of creating sharp or uneven edges. The process ensures high repeatability and consistency in production.
This method is also applied to large diameters and high-strength materials (with tensile strength above 1200 MPa) and is complemented in our facility by specialized techniques such as flat die rolling, segmental die rolling, and planetary rolling.
Our technological capabilities are further enhanced by an extensive range of rolling tools. We offer tools for:
- Inch threads, including UNC, BSW, WW, and UNF.
- Metric threads, both standard and fine pitch (ranging from M2 to M140),
The wide dimensional range and the highest-quality process available from a usability perspective are our greatest assets, enabling short-run and niche production of high-quality components.
We also specialize in cold forging for shank diameters up to M12, including non-standard lengths, which supports the production of components in large volumes. Our screws and fasteners are integral parts of key industrial products, such as electrical connectors, delivered to direct industrial clients.
A major strength of our production is the effective combination of plastic forming and machining technologies, allowing us to produce components of virtually any shape and complexity. While we follow shape and execution standards like PN, DIN, ISO, ASME, or NF, the most important part of our offering is the ability to manufacture custom elements based on technical drawings and client-specific design requirements.
Thanks to our adaptive approach, extensive machine and tooling base, material testing capabilities, and broad material portfolio, we handle approximately 2,500 separate production orders per year – from single pieces to series of several thousand units.
We work with a wide range of raw materials, with a special focus on high-strength materials, including:
- High-nickel steel alloys
- Austenitic stainless steels
- Heat-resistant steels
