Fasteners

We specialize in highly specialized manufacturing of dedicated fasteners made from alloy, stainless, and acid-resistant steels, as well as in the comprehensive preparation and execution of production processes for fasteners made from brass, copper, aluminum, and titanium.

Our daily work involves a complete production cycle — starting with engineering analysis and development of a full technological process, selecting the most suitable materials, performing the required mechanical machining and physico-chemical hardening processes, followed by quality control and testing in our in-house laboratory. This comprehensive and individualized approach to each product not only guarantees top quality but also ensures a high degree of production flexibility. At the same time, we remain consistently committed to every detail.

This openness to challenges allows us to maintain regular cooperation with some of the most demanding clients from across Europe, continually raising our level of specialization in the production of unusual and non-standard fasteners.

Thanks to the use of alloy steels, we produce unique fasteners for various structures and operating environments — primarily for harsh and aggressive conditions, particularly those with high exposure to marine salts.

Our products are available in various strength classes, ranging from the classic 5.8, 8.8, 10.9, and 12.9 to their equivalents in austenitic steels (A2-70, A2-80, A4-70, A4-80, A4-100, A4-120), martensitic, and duplex steels (C3-80, D6-80).

We supply our bolts as fully finished products, adapting protective coatings according to customer requirements. We work with reliable, long-term subcontractors to ensure the highest level of corrosion-resistant coatings, available in a wide range — including electro-galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, zinc-nickel plating, anodizing, chromating, and flake coatings such as Geomet 321, Geomet 500, Magni, Delta Protekt, among others.

Our competitive edge lies in our broad production capabilities and short industry-standard lead times.

All offered products undergo strict dimensional inspections and strength testing. Having our own destructive testing laboratory allows us to precisely verify materials and determine the actual strength values of bolts and nuts in relation to industry standards.

Our engineering ambition continuously drives us toward new directions, new geometries, and new materials.
