Dual education scheme

At our company, people are our most valuable asset. Thanks to their extensive experience, knowledge, ambition, and engineering courage, we continue to grow. And growth also means strategically investing in the development of our employees’ competencies and successfully integrating young aspiring engineers.

Through our ongoing cooperation within the cluster and partnerships with technical schools, we are honored to participate in the dual education model for the profession of “CNC machine tool operator.”

Each year, on a weekly basis, we provide workshop-based training for young students. Our individualized approach and mentoring-based teaching system deliver measurable educational results, enabling effective preparation for specific technical professions.

A major advantage of the dual education model is the opportunity for students to continue their learning in the most modern machine parks of local enterprises. This also helps relieve local governments from the financial burden of maintaining costly educational infrastructure in schools—transferring the responsibility for providing durable assets necessary in the education process to the employers delivering the training. This is a perfectly balanced solution that provides students with the right tools while minimizing infrastructure costs for schools.

Moreover, the ability to apply and verify their knowledge in real production settings—while working on actual products commissioned by real clients—naturally expands students’ understanding of related issues and exposes them to the broader business context within the supply chain.

Dual education combines theoretical instruction with practical training to apply and deepen acquired knowledge and vocational skills in real working conditions. Students receive their theoretical education in school, while practical classes take place in modern production facilities. It is a prime example of how to effectively integrate theory with practice. One of the most important aspects of dual education is the regular hands-on training in companies, which typically takes place once or twice a week.
