Inter-Metal Sp. J. is, above all, an experienced engineering team that effectively utilizes its knowledge and expertise to develop manufacturing technologies that consistently ensure the highest possible quality for our clients.
To be able to carry out the wide range of projects entrusted to us by our many long-term customers, we also operate a versatile and diverse machinery park.
Our resources include over 50 different machines and devices, enabling us to execute sophisticated projects involving fasteners and components using both material removal (machining) and metal forming technologies.
Our factory spans two production halls, complemented by additional warehouse space and a dedicated delivery zone. A key area of our facility is our strength testing and dimensional control laboratory.
Our machinery park includes traditional machine tools for turning, milling, rolling, and cutting operations. Among our collection are true “gems” such as machines from Warren, Hilgeland, VEB Werna, Sima, and the legendary Ingramatic. One of our most important assets is a set of WMW Bad Düben thread rolling machines, along with a wide array of tools that enable us to manufacture metric threads ranging from M2 to M140 — including fine threads — as well as inch threads such as UNF, UNC, BSW, and WW.
This unique and reliable set of equipment is complemented by eight modern, numerically controlled lathes from the American company Haas, ranging from models ST10 to ST35.
Altogether, our resources allow for precise and efficient machining operations in the production of components with diverse geometries and across a wide dimensional range.
