Vocational Internships

At our company, together with educational institutions in Radom, we conduct dual education training for the profession of “CNC Machine Operator.” In the years 2024–2025, we will also carry out a series of summer internships—details of this project are provided below.

Project Summary:
The project “New Experience for Students through Vocational Internships” aims to increase the employability of students from seven vocational schools in Radom:

  1. Electronic Schools Complex named after Westerplatte Heroes in Radom
  2. Economic Schools Complex in Radom
  3. Construction Schools Complex named after Kazimierz Wielki in Radom
  4. Food and Hospitality Schools Complex in Radom
  5. Vocational Schools Complex named after Major Henryk Dobrzański “Hubal” in Radom
  6. Technical Schools Complex named after Tadeusz Kościuszko in Radom
  7. Janusz Korczak Educational and Upbringing Center in Radom

Planned project activities include:

  1. Student internships conducted in real working conditions
  2. Specialized classes conducted in cooperation with the socio-economic environment
  3. Classes shaping key competencies and universal skills needed in the labor market
  4. Educational and career counseling for students
  5. Educational and career counseling—teacher training
  6. Equipping vocational classrooms

The main goal of the project is to increase by April 30, 2026, the employability of students from the seven vocational schools participating in the project through participation in internships, career counseling, specialized classes, classes developing key competencies and universal skills required in the labor market, as well as improving the efficiency and effectiveness of education by upgrading seven classrooms reflecting real working conditions and increasing the competencies or vocational qualifications of 18 teachers.
